Timing

i'll be honest with you over the past couple of weeks i have had little success with game as i hadn't dedicated time towards improving. Due to have too many things that made it almost impossible, and injury made me take a step back and realize that something needs changing.

Im not sure if you know this but i run my own business which is hectic enough, but taking on the journey of improving my game is a whole different challenge all together as well as up keeping your health. I initially started planing my days based up on an activity based scheme (similar to Neil's method) which is fine in terms of structure each day.

This strategy alone wasn't enough. I found that if i planned a business activity in the morning  and then training in the field in the afternoon, i had to dramatically change my mindset and sometimes because its not a fixed activity it might lead on long than intended. Anyway the point i am trying to make is that it would take a longer time than usual to shift into the best state for each thing i was doing (also motivating myself to do so), sometimes wasting half an hour  to an hour which was frustrating.

I am currently getting myself back on track, coming up with a new strategy similar logical to working out  at the gym. My main focuses will be Game and business, dedicating special days of the week to each of the latter will help me to focus and gain the best results so far. i.e 3 days totally dedicated to business and 3 to Game, based on this principle i will enforce that each appointment with clients on made on those specific days, similarly to the 'Game' days devoting all day focusing on ways to improve, different methods and increasing training time.
